Collections can include candles, room sprays, reed diffusers, and car diffusers, all featuring your signature scent.

How the Process Works

01. Tell Me About Your Story
Start by filling out the Author Collaboration Form. Share your book, your vision, and the atmosphere you want to capture.

You don’t need to know anything about fragrance. Just bring the story. I’ll handle the scent development.

02. Consultation
After reviewing your form, we’ll schedule a short consultation to discuss your vision, product options, scent direction, and collaboration details.

We’ll also determine which collaboration model works best for you: wholesale, consignment, or royalty.

03. Create Your Scent
I’ll develop 2–3 custom scent samples based on our consultation. You’ll receive the samples to experience in your own space and choose the one that feels most like your story.

One round of samples is included. Additional sample rounds may be subject to material and shipping fees.

04. Finalize & Produce
Once your scent is selected, we’ll finalize the scent name, label details, products, quantities, and collaboration terms.

Then production begins. Your signature fragrance can be featured across candles, room sprays, reed diffusers, and car diffusers.

05. Launch
Once your collection is ready, it’s time to share it with your readers.

Your fragrance can be offered through your website, book signings, events, preorder campaigns, bundles, or the Eccentric Emerald Crafts website, depending on your collaboration model.

Collaboration Options

Wholesale
Purchase your products at an agreed-upon wholesale price and sell them through your own channels.

Consignment
Receive products to sell without purchasing the inventory upfront. Sales and payment are handled according to the agreed-upon consignment terms.

Royalty
Eccentric Emerald Crafts handles the online listing, fulfillment, and shipping while you earn an agreed-upon amount or percentage from each sale.

We’ll discuss each option during your consultation and choose the arrangement that best fits your goals.
